Recover the edible pulp while directing seeds away from the product stream.
The process duty
Specify the feed mechanism, separation surfaces, rotor arrangement and seed outlet together. Trial the actual berries to assess residual pulp, seed integrity, throughput and the resulting product. A generic fruit crusher is not a substitute for an açaí separation trial.
