Formulation / Equipment module

Pulp blending & standardization

Translate a product specification into a controlled mixing duty.

PROCESS VESSEL

Functional schematic · not a model drawing

The process duty

Define ingredient addition, order of mixing and measurement basis for the intended product. Keep the pulp’s measured total solids separate from any soluble-solids reading; formulation changes need their own evaluation of stability, hygiene and downstream treatment.

Inlet
Açaí pulp and declared recipe ingredients
Outlet
A specified pulp blend or beverage base

ItemWhat to confirm
01Recipe mass basis and ingredient tolerances
02Target finish and sample evaluation method
03Mixer duty at the stated viscosity
04Batch changes and cleaning requirements

The project proposal identifies the actual model, capacity and utility conditions. No generic rating is presented as a verified product specification.
