How project enquiries are handled
Send only information needed for an equipment discussion.
Information requested
The form requests a contact name, work email and product goal. Material, equipment, company and engineering conditions help explain the proposed scope. Do not submit payment details, passwords or confidential recipes.
Purpose and routing
The submission is used to respond to the equipment request. Recipient routing is configured on the server and is not included in public pages. Spam verification may involve Cloudflare Turnstile. The public enquiry and privacy contact is sales@acaiberryprocessingline.com.
Delivery and your choices
The website returns a request reference after the configured delivery service accepts the request. That acknowledgement is not proof that a person has read it or that an inbox received it. To request correction or deletion, contact the public enquiry address and include the request reference where available.
Hosting and duplicate protection
The hosting service uses Cloudflare performance measurement to understand page loading and traffic. The enquiry application does not send form text or contact details to analytics. A request digest, reference and delivery status are retained for up to seven days to prevent duplicate forwarding; enquiry text is not stored in that receipt record. Email retention is handled separately by the receiving team. This browser tab keeps only the request reference and delivery status in session storage to prevent a refresh from retrying an uncertain submission. Contact details and the enquiry body are not saved there.
Preview and production
Local review does not send enquiries. This website is presented under acaiberryprocessingline.com. Production enquiry collection is enabled only after the receiving service and its privacy configuration have been verified.
