Preservation / Equipment module

Pulp thermal-treatment interface

Coordinate product treatment with the actual preservation target.

The process duty

The thermal process must be established for the product, microbial objective, equipment and packaging system. Supply viscosity, particle information, flow range and fouling observations to the process designer. A nominal heater temperature cannot establish product safety or shelf life.

Inlet
Specified pulp or formulated base
Outlet
Treated product for the defined filling or cooling system

Project-specific selection schedule
ItemWhat to confirm
01Product and process authority requirements
02Actual flow and residence-time basis
03Monitoring and out-of-condition handling
04Connection to cooling, holding and filling

The project proposal identifies the actual model, capacity and utility conditions. No generic rating is presented as a verified product specification.
