Handling / Equipment module
Buffering & pulp transfer
Connect stages without sizing the line from pump flow alone.
Functional schematic · not a model drawing
The process duty
Select vessel hold-up, agitation and pump duty for the actual pulp viscosity and temperature. Define filling and emptying levels, oxygen exposure, cleanability and the maximum process delay accepted by the product plan.
- Inlet
- Screened pulp
- Outlet
- Controlled feed to treatment, blending or filling
Specification & acceptance checks
| Item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| 01 | Viscosity, temperature and suspended material |
| 02 | Batch or continuous downstream demand |
| 03 | Transfer distance and pressure-drop basis |
| 04 | Drainability and cleaning of seals and connections |
The project proposal identifies the actual model, capacity and utility conditions. No generic rating is presented as a verified product specification.
