The product you are making

Frozen pulp is an ingredient or a packed product with a defined texture, solids specification and storage requirement. Start with the pack size and the buyer’s receiving conditions; these determine the filling duty and the load passed to freezing.

When the inlet is whole berries

Fruit reception, washing and preparation feed a pulper that discharges seeds separately. Refining follows when the required finish needs it. Record water addition and accepted pulp output so the frozen product specification has a clear mass basis.

When you buy prepared pulp

Begin at pulp receiving rather than fruit washing or seed separation. Record whether the supplied pulp is frozen, chilled or aseptic, its declared ingredients, and its treatment history. Opening and preparing the incoming packs becomes part of the handling scope.

Separate filling duty from freezing duty

The filling machine is selected from pack dimensions, target fill mass and product consistency. The freezer and cold store are sized from product temperature, batch timing, packaging and the required storage plan. A pump flow rate does not size these interfaces.

Prepare a useful enquiry

Include fruit or pulp inlet, expected output per hour, package size, target pulp texture and available cold-storage arrangements. If the freezing system already exists, send its receiving conditions so the processing equipment can be matched to it.
