Texture / Equipment module
Pulp screening & refining
Set the finish without confusing particle removal with preservation.

The process duty
Choose a screen and operating arrangement from the intended product texture. The relevant acceptance observations are the retained material, finished-pulp consistency and screen loading. Excessive screening can change the product; finer is not automatically better.
- Inlet
- Extracted or purchased pulp
- Outlet
- Pulp at the agreed finish; retained coarse material
Specification & acceptance checks
| Item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| 01 | Target texture and acceptable coarse material |
| 02 | Feed viscosity at stated temperature |
| 03 | Screen access and expected fouling |
| 04 | Product and reject mass over the same trial interval |
The project proposal identifies the actual model, capacity and utility conditions. No generic rating is presented as a verified product specification.
