Define the customer’s ingredient

A beverage base may be a pulp ingredient, a standardized blend or a formulated intermediate. Confirm what the next processor expects: solids basis, permitted ingredients, texture, storage conditions and package format.

Receiving the pulp

Prepared pulp enters after fruit extraction. Check incoming pack type and supplier specification, then decide whether screening or preparation is needed. Do not add whole-fruit washing and pulping to a pulp-only project.

Mixing and standardization

Set the recipe on a declared mass basis and agree on addition order, batch size and mixing duty. Keep total solids distinct from soluble-solids readings. The mixer must be selected for the actual viscosity and temperature range.

The downstream handover

Identify whether thermal treatment and final retail filling belong to this project or to the beverage customer. Interface temperature, container and transport arrangements should be clear before specifying the buffer and transfer equipment.

Scope your enquiry

Provide the incoming pulp format, target blend, batch size or hourly demand, and the next processor’s receiving requirements. Indicate any existing tanks or treatment system that the new equipment must connect to.

Bring these requirements into your proposal.

Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
