Define the feed
Identify fresh or frozen whole berries, incoming containers and preparation already completed. The pulper inlet specification belongs to that material, not to a generic fruit name.
Define the desired pulp
Agree on texture, added-water limits and a measurement basis for accepted output. Keep whole-fruit input and pulp output separate when discussing capacity.
Evaluate the separation
Assess residual pulp on discharged seeds, seed integrity and coarse material in the product. Record operating conditions and measured water addition with the trial results.
Check the equipment interfaces
Inspect feeding, seed discharge, screen access, wear surfaces and cleaning requirements. Verify that downstream refining and transfer can receive the selected stage’s output.
Build a comparable proposal
Ask each proposal to identify input basis, product condition, acceptance method and equipment supply boundary. This makes the pulping duty comparable without inventing a universal yield.
Continue your equipment selection
Bring these requirements into your proposal.
Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
