One defined separation duty

A single stage gives the proposal a clear inlet and outlet balance. The selected arrangement must handle prepared berries while directing seeds and coarse material away from the accepted pulp.

What controls selection

Use actual fruit condition, intended input per hour, permitted water addition and target pulp finish. Screen access, feed stability and reject discharge must be evaluated alongside nominal capacity.

When one stage is sufficient

A single stage may meet the product’s finish when the measured trial confirms accepted pulp, seed integrity and retained coarse material. A further refiner remains an option when the output needs a separately defined finishing duty.

Access and operating conditions

Inspect working surfaces, seals, cleaning access and wear components. Identify how the stage is fed, stopped, emptied and cleaned, rather than treating pulping as an isolated motor-and-screen purchase.

Discuss a one-stage scope

Select the pulping module in your enquiry and include the berry supply, required input and product specification. Equipment configuration follows the agreed duty and sample evaluation.
