Two stages, two separate jobs

The first duty separates pulp from prepared fruit and rejects. The second duty refines the pulp to the required finish. The proposal should identify each inlet, screen arrangement and discharge stream.

Coordinate capacity across stages

The second stage receives pulp rather than the entire incoming berry mass. Define the input and accepted output basis for each stage, including water addition, rejected material and any accumulation between stages.

Select screens against the target texture

More screening is not automatically a better product. Agree on texture, acceptable coarse material and the sample assessment method before selecting a second finishing stage.

Catalog photograph and product duty

The photograph shows a two-stage pulping and refining unit from the equipment manufacturer’s catalog. It illustrates the equipment category; the açaí feed, screens, operating settings and capacity remain project-specific.

Prepare a stage-by-stage enquiry

Include whole-fruit condition, pulp target, hourly input basis and downstream route. Ask for the cleaning and changeover requirements as well as the expected production duty.
