Use the feed you expect to buy
Identify fresh, frozen or purchased-pulp supply and choose representative lots. Note preparation already completed before the equipment inlet. A demonstration with another fruit does not resolve seed separation for your açaí duty.
Define the observations before the run
Agree the trial duration, the sampling locations and the instruments. Inspect seeds for damage and residual pulp; assess the product for coarse material and the target finish. Weigh relevant streams over the same interval and state whether transient start-up material is included.
Check more than instantaneous output
Record stable operating behaviour, screen loading, stopping and restarting, access for cleaning and the transition to downstream equipment. Compare throughput using the same inlet and accepted-product definitions.
Turn results into an acceptance schedule
Link each required observation to a method, responsible party and acceptance criterion. Keep factory acceptance, installed-system checks and food-safety validation distinct. Product-specific criteria belong in the agreed project documents.
