Locate the exposure points

Review open transfers, vessel headspace, agitation, suction conditions and pauses between operations. A closed pipe does not by itself establish low dissolved oxygen. Identify how oxygen or colour will be measured if either is an acceptance target.

Compare under stated conditions

Record lot, temperature, sampling method, elapsed time and packaging condition when comparing samples. A colour observation immediately after extraction cannot establish stability after transport or storage.

Size transfers for the material

Describe viscosity with temperature and method, then specify suspended material and the desired texture. Select pump and pipework duties around those conditions, cleaning and the downstream demand.

Keep performance claims measurable

Request the relevant trial results before adopting a numeric retention or oxygen-removal target. No fixed nutrition retention, universal colour result or shelf-life guarantee is implied by the equipment route.
