Confirm the installed scope

Check supplied modules, connections, cleaning access and the agreed layout. Identify responsibilities for existing equipment and downstream preservation systems.

Use the intended material

Trials should reflect the actual berry or pulp inlet and its preparation. Record temperature, water addition and operating settings with the observations.

Measure each duty

Assess separation, pulp finish, transfer and package interfaces against their defined criteria. Whole-fruit input, accepted pulp and packed output are recorded on their own bases.

Include cleaning and changeover

Confirm disassembly access, cleaning states and transitions between products or batches. Operating instructions should match the equipment configuration and hygiene assessment.

Agree on a practical record

Define the measurements, samples and observations that establish acceptance. A recorded product-and-equipment trial is more useful than an unspecified promise of plant-wide performance.
