Choose the basis at the inlet

State whole berries in kg/h or prepared pulp in kg/h, with the incoming condition. These quantities refer to different equipment duties and should not be compared as if they were interchangeable.

Track the processing streams

Whole-fruit input includes seeds and other rejects. Water addition and accepted pulp must be measured separately. Do not infer a pulp output from an unverified fixed yield.

Match downstream demand

Refining, transfer and filling receive a product stream with its own flow range. Add batch timing, pack size and planned changes to understand the downstream operating window.

Identify the limiting interface

A feeder, screen, tank or packaging changeover can constrain the overall sequence. Specify the connected duty rather than sizing the entire line from the largest pump rating.

Send one clear capacity statement

Include the target quantity, its basis, operating hours and any batch peaks in the enquiry. A proposal can then size the actual sequence rather than an ambiguous headline number.

Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
