Define the handover point

State where processing equipment ends and freezing or cold storage begins. The interface includes filled packages or bulk pulp at an agreed condition.

Describe the load that arrives

Product quantity, incoming temperature, pack dimensions and production timing are inputs for the freezing-system designer. An hourly pulp mass alone does not describe the full load.

Coordinate filling and batch timing

Specify whether product arrives continuously or in batches, how filled packs are staged and how interruptions are handled. Avoid using unplanned hold-up to connect mismatched stages.

Retain the product safety responsibilities

Freezing does not replace the product’s validated safety and handling plan. Identify the treatment and hygienic packing duties that precede cold storage.

Include existing cold equipment

Provide the freezer and store’s receiving conditions when these systems already exist. The processing proposal can then match the real downstream duty.

Bring these requirements into your proposal.

Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
