Separate process and wash water

Water used for fruit washing is a different stream from water that enters the pulp. Identify the points at which water is added and how each quantity is measured.

Link water to the product declaration

The target product specification determines permitted water addition and the required analytical basis. Equipment settings should support that specification rather than define it implicitly.

Record a common interval

Measure fruit, water, accepted pulp and rejects over the same batch or time period. Those records allow meaningful comparison between operating arrangements.

Assess product alongside mass

Observe texture, screen loading and seed separation in the same trial. A larger discharge volume is not automatically a better extraction result.

Include the requirement in your enquiry

Provide any existing added-water limit and the required solids method. Unknown values can be identified as items to establish with the product sample.

Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
