State the product condition
Supply viscosity information at a stated temperature, together with suspended material and the intended formulation. A product description without its operating condition is not a complete transfer basis.
Define the pipe route
Include distance, elevation, valves, fittings and the receiving pressure requirement. A pump capacity number alone does not describe a connected duty.
Match batch and continuous operation
Identify tank levels, emptying requirements and downstream demand. Buffer volume follows the timing and permissible hold-up of the process.
Check product-contact handling
Review oxygen exposure, seal arrangements, drainability and cleaning access. Connections should support both the production and cleaning operating states.
Prepare a transfer enquiry
Send the product condition, flow range and a simple route sketch. Existing vessels and pumps should be identified so the equipment scope remains focused.

Bring these requirements into your proposal.
Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
