Identify the problem to solve
Describe the limiting duty: receiving, seed separation, texture control, transfer, cleaning or packing. A focused retrofit starts with the observed issue and required result.
Record the existing interfaces
Provide equipment layout, connection locations, actual operating flow and product condition. Existing models and measurements should be distinguished from desired future capacity.
Separate retained and new supply
Mark the equipment that will stay in place and the work that belongs to the replacement module. Include controls, pipework and service connections where they affect the new duty.
Agree on commissioning boundaries
Define access, shutdown arrangements and how the new stage will be checked with the existing line. Acceptance should measure the targeted improvement using comparable product conditions.
Prepare a retrofit request
Send the current inlet and product specification, a layout sketch and the duty to change. No complete recipe is needed to start the equipment discussion.

Bring these requirements into your proposal.
Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
