Start with the chosen inlet

Fresh whole fruit, frozen fruit and prepared pulp require different receiving operations. Position storage and unloading so the selected inlet can supply the process consistently.

Follow the product and rejects separately

Keep the pulp connection and seed or coarse-reject discharge paths visible. Include space for containers, access and removal rather than drawing only the main product pipe.

Plan operator and maintenance access

Inspect screen removal, vessel access, valves and wear surfaces. Equipment spacing must allow the planned cleaning and service tasks.

Connect utilities and downstream interfaces

Identify water, electrical, heating or cooling connections required by the actual equipment. Draw freezing, storage or aseptic boundaries according to the selected route.

Send a useful layout brief

Provide the available footprint, inlet and outlet locations, utility points and existing equipment. A dimensioned room sketch is more useful than a request for an unspecified complete plant.

Bring these requirements into your proposal.

Start with the available information. Material condition, output basis and packaging make the equipment discussion specific to your project.
